CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy for Small Town Beauty Co. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer that time to another client. * Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a 50% fee. * After two late cancellations or no-shows, a credit card deposit may be required for future bookings. We appreciate your understanding and support—this helps us keep Small Town Waxing running smoothly for all our clients.
